Setting Up Site Navigation

Every page or external link in a folder is automatically included in the site navigation
To exclude a page from the navigation
- select the page
- go to Edit/System
- uncheck Include when indexing
To re-order the navigation
- high light the folder that contains the items to re-order
  note: to reorder the main navigation high light the Base Folder
- go to View/Contents
- the Order column tells the order of the elements in the navigation
- click on the word Order to sort in order
  click again to sort in reverse sort order
- to change the order use the up and down arrows in the Actions column
- changes to the order are automatic – there is no save button
