Using Data Definitions

A Data Definition is a tool that
- uses form based input
- formats the input onto a web page
Used for pages that have a consistent look for multiple entries
- for example news stories that always have a title, date, author, short description, link to additional information
Pages that use Data Definitions
- the View does not look like what you will see once the page is published
- the Editdoes not present the typical content box – but presents multiple form fields
Tools for adding, deleting, reordering
- : to add another entry
- : to remove an entry
- : to reorder
